Returns and Exchanges
If you're not happy with your apropos purchase, you may return your purchase through the mail by sending it back within 30 days of shipment. After 30 days any return will be considered for merchandise exchange only. Apropos guarantees your satisfaction 100%.
Your order ID number is required for processing your return and is printed on the enclosed invoice. Online copy of your invoice is also available under Order History section of your account.

It's like walking barefooted
It was wonderful to enjoy the evening without sore feet! As I get older wearing any heels is a torture, but Apropos footwear (sandpiper) was dressy enough to wear to a wedding.

I saw Apropos on the "Made in Mass" story. I love to buy made in the USA items, and they sounded comfortable, THEY ARE! Right out of the box, they feel broken in, comfy, and fit to me. I have a balance/mobility issue, so it is important to have a sturdy, steady shoe. These are, but they're also cute and very fashion forward. Love, love!
Absolutely great purchase. Great fit and color. Can walk all day in these. The sole is made of a good quality material and is quiet when walking on tile or laminate. Will buy again.

These are beautiful shoes, and I love the fabric and color. The website recommended ordering a half size up. This was unnecessary as they are too large. I ordered a 7 in another pair, and those fit well. I had to ship these back and it cost $13.00 using the box the shoes came in. I don't mind paying for return shipping, but I bought a 7 1/2 only because the website said they run small. They do not.

Bought my first pair of black Apropos about six years ago and they still look nice. They are the most comfortable flat shoes that I own. The Sandpiper in an eggshell color, which I just ordered, is just as comfortable and great looking for a casual dinner night or all day.

These arrived from the USA today. I was very disappointed in the packaging as it was quite ripped up but I got past that when I saw the shoes and put them on. Comfy like walking on clouds and stylish as well. I bought two pairs, the Sandpiper and Aroon which is a beautiful orange. Very happy with my purchase!
I bought a pair of these in another color and loved them so much I wanted them in white. Really happy with the fit, comfort and style.

If the toe-box seems too roomy, the best solution is a partial insert to fill the cavity for a snug fit. I first purchased two pair of apropos at a kiosk in Boston 10 years ago and have been wearing them daily since! Just to replacing now with a fresh new version which fit and support perfectly as well.

I love these shoes! The only issue: there was a bit of dried glue inside, which I had to cut out because it was making the shoe uncomfortable. However, they are fine now.
