Returns and Exchanges
If you're not happy with your apropos purchase, you may return your purchase through the mail by sending it back within 30 days of shipment. After 30 days any return will be considered for merchandise exchange only. Apropos guarantees your satisfaction 100%.

I wish that I had bought half size larger The elastic bands are a bit tight
The first order was too small so i returned it and ordered a half size larger. Now the shoe fits but the cross elastics on top are way too tight.
These are really well-made shoes and when I first put them on, they feel fantastic but after a while, those elastic straps across my instep begin to hurt and my foot swells. I can’t blame it on the shoes. I’m always on the hunt for shoes that don’t hurt.Q

We can't anticipate the seasonal foot swelling, but we can certainly accommodate it successfully by adding 1/4" to length of each which will ease the tension when your feet swell. Love the fit, the comfort, and the color. I have at least 15 pairs of Appropos and I love them. I can wear them all day, walk in them and i love the fabrics. They wear great.
