Returns and Exchanges
If you're not happy with your apropos purchase, you may return your purchase through the mail by sending it back within 30 days of shipment. After 30 days any return will be considered for merchandise exchange only. Apropos guarantees your satisfaction 100%.
Your order ID number is required for processing your return and is printed on the enclosed invoice. Online copy of your invoice is also available under Order History section of your account.

Love my new shoes! Comfortable and look perfect for any occasion 😀 I’ve been wearing these for over 20 years and still have my original pair!
Apropos, a small company in MA, is a new brand to me. I was thrilled to find cute supportive flats that could work for occasions when hiking sneakers are inappropriate. When I received the beautiful Delta Feathers, my request for size 11 turned out to be too long, and in general too spacious for my narrow, “low volume” feet. Kathy in customer service knowledgeably asked questions regarding fit and offered to make another pair based on my answers. The second pair fit way better, size 10.5, with a tighter elastic and several adjustments in the fabric shell. Kathy placed on file my specifics for whenever I order again. How can Apropos sell a well under-a-hundred dollar shoe, and also provide individual adjustments? This small footwear company works hard to attain customer satisfaction. Now I understand why Apropos shoes are so well-loved and collected by many women. I now love them, too, and am eyeing my next pair!

Some 12 yrs ago I ordered “Dark Eyes” and to my delight they have “kept me on my feet” ever since! First exploring New Zealand , the Great Wall of China, Amazon jungle, Galapagos Islands, London, Israel, the Great Pyramids, getting soaked under Niagara Falls and so many other adventures. If they are not in my suitcase they are on my feet! Unlike me, they show almost no wear and kept their shape perfectly! Delta Feathers and Jelly Belly joined Dark Eyes recently. I love the new Feather style shoes! The black with subtle grey pattern is so versatile, elegant and comfy. I've been wearing them for dressier occasions but soon disovered they encourage me to go to exercise class. Looking down at cute shoes as I leave the house gets me out the door!
